Well, we must say that we are now absolutely convinced we made the correct decision in choosing you as our photographer. The quality of your work speaks for itself and we are absolutely delighted, as are our families at the extraordinary photo albums we received.

We are so pleased that we met you before hand and are glad that you took us through the process and available options........we have said it time and time again about the valuable first meeting; it has in fact paved the way to the deliverance of our "big day memory packs!"

When we were planning the event so many elements were supposed to be pivotal ......I can now speak confidently and say that the photographer is undoubtedly the drive wheel. You were unobtrusive, gently mannered and blended into the whole ceremony and day so well that our friends have all, without exception, commented on your service.

By this stage,I guess you can tell we are pleased? It's difficult to convey a thank you that's large enough. Yes OK, we paid for a service and you delivered it but you actually delivered more, much more. You delivered more than our expectations, more than the family anticipated and the best customer service we have ever experienced....full stop. You were part of the family on the day and we loved having you there; we shall cherish the memories you captured for us, forever.
