| Wedding photography packages chosen by YOU with no hidden costs after the day. We do things differently at Nic Cleave Photography and allow our couples to select their own tailor-made wedding photography packages. Our aim is to provide those couples who choose us, with the maximum amount of choice to ensure they receive a complete package that meets their requirements perfectly, with up to £100's worth of finished prints included Selecting your own package with us is easy and involves three simple choices: Step one: Decide how much of the day you want photographed. Step two: Decide which style and size of wedding album your prefer. Step three: Add any of our optional services and products to your package. For those couples who invite us to be a part of their day we provide a simple booking form which allows you to confirm your package at the same time as booking our services. The prices for all package contents booked are guaranteed at the time of booking, no matter how far in advance your wedding may be. All package prices below are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% but will vary depending upon the size and style of album selected. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Classic coverage (two-thirds of the day.) Including: * Nic’s award-winning wedding photography. * Groom and Best Man/Ushers at the ceremony venue. * Natural reportage photos of guests at the ceremony venue. * Bride’s arrival at the venue. * The ceremony (with the permission of the venue.) * Natural reportage post ceremony photos. * A mixture of formal (when requested,) and reportage reception portraits with family and guests. * A session of ‘Intimate Photos’ with the Bride and Groom alone (at a different location if requested.) * Photos up to and including all of your speeches. * Your choice of five 12 x 8 or 7 x 5 inch professional quality finished prints presented worth £100. OR a 20 page Reportage album with two matching Reportage parent albums. * CD of all photos as High Resolution jpeg image files in luxury folio case with 5 x 5 inch print. * 24 x 16 inch luxury canvas or block mount print. Luxury all inclusive packages start from £3,495 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Digital package Including: * Nic’s award winning wedding photography. * All day unlimited photographic coverage of the bridal preparations, ceremony and reception (up to and including speeches.) * All photographs supplied as colour and contrast corrected high resolution jpeg files on a CD. Digital packages start from £1,450 Please note that this package does not include any finished prints, an album or online print ordering. However prints, albums and all other optional products and services are still available if requested, and will be supplied at current prices as displayed on our website at the time of ordering. Copyright of all images supplied remains with Nic Cleave Photography. Each CD comes with it’s own image usage licence which permits ‘Personal, home-only’ usage of the images supplied. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week day package Including: Same as ‘Classic’ coverage above but with the following differences: * Coverage of the Ceremony (with permission of the venue,) and of your reception up to the start of your meal. * 24 print Luxury matted album holding 24 x 12 x 8 inch finished prints. * Only available Mon-Thu (not including bank holidays and not from Dec to end of Jan. Week day packages start from £995 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Further information: * Prices are correct as of Jan 2008 but subject to change without notice, (although confirmed bookings will of course be honoured.) All packages (except the digital package above,) include the following: * Complimentary password protected on-line gallery. * Complimentary on-line print ordering for family and friends. * Proof DVD slide show of all photos from the day. * Professional album and finished prints. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% but do not include P+P for selected package components. Coverage ends with the last speech. We can stay to photograph your first dance or fireworks etc, but charge £75 per hour from the end of the speeches until the last photograph is taken. All proofing is done digitally from the proof DVD and/or on-line proof slide shows. We can provide hard-copy proofing if requested (A4 contact sheets with 36 small printed thumbnail images per sheet,) but charge £46.99 to cover our printing and postage costs.
