| Limited Press Release licenses Our limited PR rates include an image license which will accompany all images supplied. This license will outline the specific usage permitted of the images supplied but usually includes the rights to use our work for internal company/organisation publications, internal intranet and external website, together with editorial usage in local and national print media where required for one year. Advertising licenses Where images are to be used for advertising purposes, there will always be a license fee added to the PR commission charges. The license fee will depend upon how the images will be used and will always be quoted on an individual basis. Our advertising license fees are based on those used by the UK's leading stock agency Alamy Images. Exclusive licenses The above image licenses are 'non-exclusive' which means that we reserve the right to use any and all images produced from our commissioned work for self-promotion and advertising usage. We also reserve the right to add selected images to our commercial library of stock images, licensed directly by ourselves but also by various image libraries for use around the world. Where usage of this type is not permitted by clients, we will supply an 'exclusive image license' which will be charged in additional to our limited PR, and advertising license fees. Obviously this restriction on usage will result in a higher license fee being charged. Please note that an exclusive image license does not provide clients with the copyright and/or ownership of the images supplied. See below for further information. Copyright and ownership of work produced Nic Cleave Photography does not sell the copyright to any work produced and reserves all rights and protections under the 1988 Copyright Act. Where an exclusive image license has been provided, no further use of the images supplied will result, however no ownership or copyright of any work supplied will be provided or inferred. Terms and conditions of business We ask all new clients to read and agree with our standard terms and conditions of business. This will be emailed to you and once you have finished reading it we will ask you to sign the agreement paragraph on the last page and return it to us. Unfortunately we are not able to accept commissions from new clients unless this signed agreement has been received.
