It was my pleasure to capture the story of Emma and David’s wedding day last Saturday at the beautiful Mid Wales wedding venue, Caer Beris Manor Hotel in Builth Wells. My favourite Mid Wales wedding venue, Caer Beris Manor Hotel and Restaurant is a privately owned country manor house, set in it’s own stunning grounds next to the river Irfon.
The story of the day started with meeting David at Caer Beris, who arrived in a Wales GB Rally car! Emma arrived not long after for an outdoor civil ceremony at the back of the hotel, over looking the beautiful gardens and the river Irfon.
After a beautiful ceremony we made our way down into the grounds for a few relaxed family group photos, before Emma and David took a short tour of the gardens and grounds, which included the infamous ‘swing brideg’ which spans the river.
After 30 minutes David and Emma returned to their family and friends for a well earned drink, as the hot September sun made things very warm. The wedding breakfast was served in the main room, followed with cake cutting and speeches.
